Ann Kuykendall is an experienced trial attorney who began her legal career in the courtroom in criminal prosecution. She served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Collin County District Attorney’s Office in McKinney, Texas for four and a half years. During her career as a Collin County Assistant District Attorney, she progressed from the misdemeanor trial team to the felony trial team, and then served one-year prosecuting crimes against children in the child abuse division. Just prior to joining Diggs & Sadler, Ann also served as a felony prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. As a result, Ann has years of courtroom and trial experience. She has tried a variety of cases ranging from misdemeanors to first-degree felonies and she has tried these cases to both judges and juries.
Ann developed an interest in family law during her time spent prosecuting domestic violence and child abuse cases, where she worked closely with the staff at various Child Advocacy Centers around the state and with CPS caseworkers. Her background and experience bring a unique perspective to the Diggs & Sadler team.
