Lindsay Lutterbie is a Board Certified family law attorney with over ten years of experience. Lindsay understands that each case is unique and tries to find creative, efficient solutions for her clients while being a strong and firm advocate in the courtroom. Lindsay strives to be hands-on with her clients and ensures they understand each case phase and what to expect through the process. Lindsay has represented clients in all family law matters, including divorce with complex property and high-conflict conservatorship issues, modification, child support, parental rights, and adoption.
Lindsay grew up in Missouri and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri. Lindsay has lived in the Houston area for almost twenty years now. Before and during law school, Lindsay was a paralegal for Harris County Attorney’s Office, Protective Services Division, and Environmental Division. While at South Texas College of Law, Lindsay was an articles editor with South Texas Law Review and an officer for the Animal Law Society. After graduating, Lindsay has practiced family law exclusively and has achieved successful results for her clients. Lindsay applied to sit for her board certification in family law in 2018, the first year she was eligible, and has been Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization ever since then.
